View Personal BioJeremy EickmanI graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Wayne State College in 2006. Moved to Omaha in 2007 and began working with several different organizations until finding a long-time position with Mitchell Management which owned and operated several businesses in Sarpy county including the original Ice House, and multiple Jimmy John's locations.
In 2022 I had a great opportunity to become a partner with Mark Mitchell and Will Grosz and Expand Tommy’s Express into Sarpy count with our first location at 84th and Hwy 370. We look forward to building several more location in the county and employing excellent people through our training and development programs.Tell a Friend
