Supply Yard Coordinator

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist clients with product questions and purchases. 
• Load materials into vehicles using skid loader, front loader, forklift. 
• Carry out excellent customer service to Sun Valley crews and supply yard clients. 
• Maintain supply yard facility, including special projects and on-going maintenance.  
• Stage product for landscape jobs and organize deliveries of equipment and materials. 
• Assist with material production of soil, compost, and other assemblies. 
• Execute special project throughout the season. 
• Operate snow removal equipment in the winter months.

Reports to:  Supply Yard Manager 

Works closely with: Field Managers, mechanic, crews 

Direct reports:  0 

Typical Hours:  Mon-Fri, 6:30am-5:00pm, Saturdays, No Sundays  

Dress Code:  uniform 

Desired Experience and Education: 

• High school diploma or GED 
• 3+ years’ experience operating a large front loader and forklift. 
• 3+ years working in customer service. 
• Must possess a driver’s license, clean criminal record and have ability to pass a drug test.  
• Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance. 
• Physically able to have full range of mobility in upper and lower body. 
• Always maintain a positive and supportive attitude. 
• No previous construction experience required, but preferred. 
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work. 
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. 

Summary:  The Supply Yard Representative is a full-time customer service and equipment operator for our supply yard located at 5601 Harrison Street. The goal of the supply yard is to support the operations of our facility and crews, as well as customers that visit our location. The yard team must provide a superior customer experience while conducting all work in a safe manner and in accordance with our company values.
