This month's W.O.M.E.N.'s Event is brought to you by Legacy BJJ! The instructors at Legacy BJJ will teach a beginner-friendly self defense class tailored specifically to women. You'll learn practical techniques in a supportive environment - no experience required.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring socks. After the class, stick around for networking and refreshments.
